Screw Driver

Size - 75, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 mm

Material - Hardened steel and tempered

Purpose - It is used to loosen or tighten screws with slotted heads. They are available in various sizes and shapes as per requirement

Types of Screw Driver

Standard /Flatserew driver

The blade tip is wedge-shaped and looks similar mathematics negative sign -.

It is used to drive screws with straight, linear notch in heads.

The principal drawback of a flat-head screwdriver is that prone to slipping out of the Screw slot, so choosing Screwdriver that fits just right is key to correct use.

Philips screw driver

It has a cross tip that resembles with the mathematics position sign (+). It is used to drive the screws with cross slot beads.

Stubby screw driver

It is available in either standard or Philips screwdriver with short shank or blade and a short handle.

It is used to drive the screw in case of space congestion or in tight places where a tight screw driver cannot be used.

Alen screw driver

It has shape of screw driver or wrench. It performs the function to tighten or loosen the screw
hexagonal head slots. The tool is unique in that it fits into a receptacle to tum it rather than around a screw or bolt like a regular wrench It has an advantage of small size and light weight.

Line Tester

Itis used to check both AC and DC voltage and current and test the phase, live or positive wire conductor. It is also used to check basic circuit characteristics like continuity, short and open circuits, polarity.
